Additional Considerations

Mileage: We offer free delivery to locations within 50 miles of the following cities: San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Long Beach, Torrance, & Los Angeles (CA). Beyond 50 miles, the delivery charge is $1.50 per mile (billed one-way only).

Load In & Load Out: We arrive one hour prior to your service period to load-in and setup. If you would like us to arrive earlier, additional charges may apply. This also applies to delayed load-outs.

Space and Electricity Requirements: For best results, a space of at least 8ft x 8ft would be needed.  All equipment runs off standard 120 VAC plugs and we will utilize a power strips and surge protectors.

Billing Information: A Non-refundable 50% retainer fee and signed contract are required to secure your event reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. For your convenience, you may also pay the balance in full. We accept payment with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card safely through 

Insurance: ROC Photo Solutions maintains General and Professional Liability Insurance on all equipment and event staff.
